We focus exclusively on business strategy and tailor advice and support to match our client’s precise needs, so subsequently assignments range from just a few days to months. Assignments can focus on recommending small adjustments to the current business-model to creating a new business or value-proposition, to providing on-site implementation resource over many months.

We support clients in four key ways:

Specific projects;

Projects vary in size and complexity and will help the business deliver against performance targets set by senior management and the Board. They can last for a single day or up to six-months, with a clearly defined methodology and agreed deliverables.

Dedicated on-site support

Resource is dedicated on a part-time or fixed-term contract basis with assignments typically ranging between three and twelve-months. Resource can be used to supplement existing teams or be a stand-alone resource reporting directly to senior management.

Business management

Dedicated resource can be used to constructively challenge and contribute to the development of the company’s strategy and supporting the performance of management in meeting agreed goals and objectives through a formal Non-Executive Director role or, alternatively, on an ad-hoc basis when required.

Investment

We can provide capital for seed through growth equity investments.
