Daniel is the founder of Focus Solutions with 20+ year’s business consulting experience and 300+ fee-earning assignments for large multinationals, SMEs and start-ups in multiple industries and regions.
Both intuitive and analytical, Daniel is highly experienced in developing and transforming businesses, leading change, competitor and market analysis and developing customer value propositions. He has a proven track-record in creating value and supporting executives and founders make their companies better versions of themselves, with sound long-term strategies.
Daniel has founded and grown companies successfully in challenging conditions and held several senior leadership positions. His passion is creating strategy that works – supporting companies make evidence-based decisions in formulating and implementing the unique value-mix that underpins the company’s ‘right to win’.

Daniel Emery is a multi-award winning globally experienced business strategy consultant with 20+ years consulting experience and is the founder and principle consultant of Focus Solutions, a strategy development and execution consultancy. He has worked across key industries and several continents and is renowned for delivering real value in the 300+ fee-earning assignments he has completed to date. His clients have included some of the world’s largest multinationals, as well as commercial and SME businesses.
Daniel utilises his comprehensive past and present experience at board level, both as Chairman, Director and Non-Executive Director, to develop and execute strategies proven to impact on the profitability and sustainability of his client’s businesses. It is his in-depth understanding of strategy, commerce, competitor analysis, P&L and innate ability to develop business, that has enabled him to become the trusted advisor to C-Suite level and affect transformational change.
Prior to forming Focus Solutions, Daniel had over 10+ successful years developing a global consulting and outsource training business that achieved a successful LSE floatation and entered the FTSE300; leading the transformation programme as NED to affect the turnaround of an apprenticeship training company; and currently, he is the Chairman and Founding partner of a vehicle manufacturer outsourcing business focused on automotive sales and aftermarket training solutions across UK and Europe for leading automotive brands.
Daniel holds a MBA, post graduate diploma and professional certificate in Management Studies, as well as a professional Diploma in Marketing. He is also comprehensively trained with proven capability in corporate and business strategy, sales/business development, value propositions, business analysis, qualitative & quantitative research, due diligence and change management.
